Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Medina, the Union of Arab Chambers, the League of Arab States, and the Federation of Saudi Chambers (host country) are organizing the "21st Session of the Arab Businessmen and Investors Conference" and the "Second Arab Private Sector Economic Summit" on September 29, 2025, in Medina, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the theme "Enhancing Arab Access: Advanced Logistics for a Sustainable Economy".
The Arab Businessmen and Investors Conference has succeeded, over its previous sessions, in transforming the conference into an Arab economic and investment gathering and a key platform bringing together all Arab entities concerned with investment, both official and private, and investment agencies, in addition to companies, entrepreneurs, officials, and agencies concerned with investment and its promotion. It has served as a meeting point for investors from Arab and foreign countries to discuss the most attractive sectors for investment in the host country. The conference will, as usual, focus on exploring the investment climate and environment, policies, incentives, and modern legislation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in particular, and Arab countries in general, to attract investments.
The conference will be held under the title "Enhancing Arab Access: Advanced Logistics for a Sustainable Economy." It will highlight economic cooperation between Arab countries in the next phase, which must go beyond the traditional concept of trade and investment exchange to reach the stage of strategic logistics alliances. The conference will discuss the development of logistics infrastructure in Arab countries through the construction of modern roads, airports, and railways, as well as the development of seaports. This will facilitate the movement of trade and services, reduce production costs, and increase the competitiveness of Arab companies in global markets.
Saudi Arabia's Economic Modernization Vision
Saudi Arabia's economic modernization vision, announced by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (may God protect him) in 2016 and known as "Saudi Vision 2030," is an ambitious and transformative initiative launched by the Kingdom to diversify its economy, reduce its dependence on oil revenues, and transform the Kingdom's economy into a more dynamic and knowledge-based one. Saudi Vision 2030 outlines a comprehensive roadmap for the country's economic, social, and cultural development over the next decade. The plan seeks to develop sectors such as tourism, entertainment, technology, and renewable energy, foster innovation, create new job opportunities, create a more competitive business environment, attract foreign investment, and enhance overall economic performance.
Saudi Arabia is a global investment powerhouse, attracting both local and foreign investors. Vision 2030 encourages strategic partnerships with international companies and seeks to position the Kingdom as a hub for innovation and business in the Middle East. The National Initiative for Global Supply Chains is one of the initiatives of the National Investment Promotion Strategy. It aims to develop a unified strategy to attract strategic supply chains to the Kingdom and gain a regional and global market share in the most vital and promising sectors of the Saudi economy. This initiative was launched based on the Kingdom's competitive and strategic advantages, which qualify it to be an incubator for such opportunities. This opens the door to capitalizing on the exceptional potential for investment in the field of supply chains domestically. It is also an important part of global supply chains, achieving global and regional sustainability and providing highly competitive advantages for investors in general.

The conference is an important opportunity for Arab business owners and investors to learn about the latest developments in the field of logistics, discuss ways to enhance strategic logistics cooperation between Arab countries, and build new partnerships.
The conference is expected to bring together a group of prominent businessmen and economic thinkers from Arab countries, given the important role it plays in shaping visions, ideas, and projects that serve the goals and directions of Arab countries in supporting and strengthening inter-Arab trade and economic relations, and creating an economic trade bloc among them.
